Solution: Go back to the initial login screen of the OuderApp and enter the name of your childcare organization in the <domain> field as specified in the activation email for your account.
Do not include https:// and you do not need to fill in the part .ouderportaal.nl, as this is already pre-filled in the app.
When you tap on .ouderportaal.nl, it changes to .revalidatieportaal.nl
Tapping it again will change it back.
