If your childcare organization uses this feature, you can also update your personal information here.

Additionally, you can change your account password or the app's language from this screen.

Children

Here you will find information about your child(ren).

If you tap the child's name, you will see information about the child. For example, who the mentor is, the type of placement and the date of birth.

In addition, you can view the complete child details and change them if your childcare organisation uses this functionality.

You can enter and change Permissions and Statements.

If the organisation uses the child monitoring system in the Parent Portal, you can see the completed observation forms under ‘documents’.

Finally, you can view the child notes (if the organisation has written them)
