When there are credits or cancelled contract hours available for your child(ren), you can view them under the "Account" menu option.

By tapping on it, you can see for each child which credits and/or cancelled contract hours are available and which are still usable.

Credits
If a credit has already been (partially) used, you will see which request it was used for. If a credit is still usable, you will see the number of points/hours available. If the credit has expired or been used up, this will be indicated.

Cancelled Contract Hours
It is also possible that the childcare organization you use utilizes cancelled contract hours. This works similarly to credits but in the opposite manner.

Childcare organizations schedule children for the entire year, and parents are required to cancel the children for a certain number of days each year.

If the cancelled contract hours are not fully used by the end of the year, the childcare organization may charge for the remaining hours.

Don't see this option? Then your childcare organization has chosen not to offer this feature to parents.
